In 1981, Dr. Collier graduated as summa cum laude and valedictorian from the University of Missouri’s DVM program. Over the next nearly 30 years operating his own clinic, he earned an excellent reputation as a diagnostician. With over four decades of invaluable experience in veterinary medicine, Dr. Collier's wealth of expertise is a significant asset to Critter Care.

Dr. Doretha “Meow” Jones
Dr. Jones earned her undergraduate degree in Human Biology from Stanford University in 1984. Continuing her academic journey, she achieved her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Texas A&M in 1989. Boasting over three decades of experience in emergency veterinary medicine, she has become affectionately known as Dr. "Meow".
Beginning her journey with pre-vet med and biology studies at Western Kentucky University in 2008, Dr. Powell graduated from Tuskegee University in 2012. Following valuable experience at clinics in Kentucky, Texas and Florida, she joined Critter Care in 2018. Since then, she has delved into the captivating realm of exotic care, with a specialized focus on intricate areas such as orthopedic surgery.

Embarking on a veterinary career at the age of fifteen, Robyn brings more than three decades of experience to her current role as practice manager. Serving as a certified veterinary technician, she oversees Critter Care’s team of technicians, ensuring exceptional care for all patients.

With nearly seven years of experience at the humane society and internships at various big cat sanctuaries, Sam brought her wealth of knowledge to Critter Care in 2017 and now serves as a lead technician. When Robyn is occupied, the next best action is to “Ask Sam!”

Erin's journey with dogs began at the age of ten volunteering at the Humane Society. Co-founding a canine behavior and psychology center in 2014 and earning AKC evaluator status in 2017, Erin recently joined the Critter Care team in 2022. Her expertise is instrumental in handling cases involving fear and aggression.
